Antioxidant Super Juice
MAKES ABOUT 10 CUPS

Start your day with this refreshing pick-me-up drink that’s packed with nutrients.

1 ounce pomegranate juice concentrate
1 ounce cranberry juice concentrate
1 tablespoon sliced, fresh ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 organic green tea bags, regular or decaffeinated
2-3 packets Stevia Plus (a plant-based sweetener that’s gluten free)
10 cups boiling water

  1. Place all ingredients in a large, heat-proof container. Pour a large kettle of boiling water (about 10 cups) over everything and let steep covered for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags and ginger slices and discard.
  3. Enjoy hot or cold. This juice will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
