Gluten-Free Chocolate Raspberry Torte

SERVES 18

With berries in the batter, filling and on top, this gluten-free chocolate rasberry torte packs a triple raspberry punch. It’s the perfect dessert for a special celebration or to impress guests at your next dinner party. Tortes are traditionally served as very thin wedges. To serve, cut the torte down the middle; then cut into 1- to 2-inch slices. This recipe can be made egg free with good results.
