Dairy-Free Breakfast Cookies

MAKES 32 COOKIES

Don’t be put off by the long list of ingredients—these dairy-free breakfast cookies are easy to make. Not too sweet and packed with calcium, protein, iron and essential fatty acids, they deliver a powerful nutritional punch. Maple syrup will make the cookie dough softer than dough made with honey.
