Apple Cranberry Tarts

SERVES 12

A delicious alternative to traditional apple pie, these crowd-pleasing apple cranberry tarts are rustic and flavorful. You can replace the 2 cups of flour with an equal amount of gluten-free all-purpose flour blend but choose a blend that contains at least 25 percent starch. Omit xanthan gum and salt if already in your blend.
