Many Thanks
This is a great magazine, please try to sell it at Borders and Barnes & Noble, as well at major food stores like Shop Rite and Stop & Shop. Thanks to all.

No Longer Overwhelmed
Great magazine. Every doctor should give a copy of it to every person that is diagnosed with celiac disease, so they don’t feel so deprived and overwhelmed. I was and it was very difficult to find resources and help. Keep up the good work.

Family Solutions
My son and his wife have two children who have anaphylactic reactions to several foods and it is wonderful to have all this information about allergies and also recipes in one magazine. Thank you for providing all this information.

A Specialized World
I just wanted to let you know that one year ago due to food allergies I had to cut gluten, casein, soy and albumin out of my diet. Without your magazine, which allowed me to discover a world of specialized food vendors, I don’t know what I would have done. So thank you – you are doing a wonderful job and the articles are inspiring.

Accurate Diagnosis As a nurse, I really appreciate the stories of people who were improperly diagnosed – it helps me to be more aware of my patients’ needs.

Better Late Than Never
Your articles have been a great help to me. I am 71 years old and only last spring figured out what was wrong with me. What a blessing being gluten-free has been.

Packed With What's Needed
Your magazine is a great reference even for those trying to make better food choices. I love that it is small yet packed with great information. Beautiful, clean, and simple layout. It’s great. Thanks!

Living Well, Without
I don’t usually write to magazines, but this time I had to make an exception. When I found your publication at our local health food store, I almost burst into tears. My three-year-old daughter suffers from multiple food allergies – dairy, corn, eggs, soy, almonds and more. It feels so overwhelming sometimes. It truly gives me hope to read Living Without and see others who are LIVING with allergies…and enjoying it. I look forward to reading future issues.

Leading the Way
Thank you so much for an insightful, practical, and inspiring resource. From my experiences as a natural food retailer and a person living with a gluten intolerance, I know that as public awareness regarding food allergies and sensitivities broadens, your organization will be in the forefront, helping to educate people on the principals of dietary awareness and modification. May we all live well, without.

Ordering Good Health
I’m a naturopathic doctor and have just seen your magazine for the first time. I am absolutely thrilled! My patients NEED a resource like this one. I’ve just ordered dining and shopping cards, back issues and a two-year subscription. Your magazine will be such a valuable resource for my patients. Thank you.

Living Life Anew
Having spent 40 years with allergies and being told that they were “all in my head,” even when causing anaphylaxis, I did start to wonder if I wasn’t going crazy. Recently, with the help of new medical providers, I got off six prescriptions and have embarked on a gluten-free lifestyle. Living Without is truly a life saver. There are so many of us with allergies. It is wonderful to finally find a publication that cares more about educating and protecting us than about some conglomerate that is focused on profit above all.

The Name Game
Please, DO NOT change your name! I can’t tell you the number of times a conversation has been started just BECAUSE of the name of your magazine. We are living without. We are adapting, improvising, and overcoming. We live full lives. We make it work. Does that mean live with less? Oh no. We just have to find a new way to do a traditional thing. Keep the name.

Accentuate the Positive
Recently, I received my first issue of Living Without. Thank you for a wonderful publication. It is very informative, encouraging and resourceful. Not to mention the excellent quality of writing contained within. There is comfort in knowing that you are not alone! I had searched to find a magazine that would address the issues that I was dealing with in my life. The very title, Living Without, caught my attention and it was not in a negative way. It communicated that this magazine possibly understood what I was going through and would hold answers to my many questions. No matter what you name the magazine there will always be a negative and positive spin. How it is interpreted will depend on the outlook of the person reading its title. To me, the title was a beacon of hope, at a time when I really needed it. I know that getting my allergies under control has changed my life. What I find within your magazine I will share, in hopes that it will help others too.
