Gluten-Free Cheesecake Flavors
Cheesecake is a very versatile dessert. Customize one basic recipe with your favorite flavor combinations. Here are some suggestions.
Apricot Cheesecake
Combine 1 pound dried apricots with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Cover with boiling water and let sit for 1 hour. Drain and puree until smooth. Add puree to Basic Cheesecake filling and bake as instructed. Pair with Gingersnap Crust and Sour Cream Topping.
Margarita Cheesecake
Combine 2 tablespoons grated orange rind, 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 2 tablespoons grated lime rind, 1 tablespoon Triple Sec and 1 drop green food coloring (optional). Add this mixture to Basic Cheesecake filling and bake as instructed. Pair with Graham Cracker Crust and Sour Cream Topping.
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Add 1 cup chocolate chips (chopped) to cheesecake filling. Bake as instructed. Pair with Graham Cracker Crust.
German Chocolate Cheesecake
Top Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake with Coconut Topping.
Black Forest Cheesecake
Prepare Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake and cover with Sour Cream Topping and Cherry Topping.
