Living Without's Favorites: Gone to Seeds
Breakfast is back, thanks to teeChia’s super-seed cereal. Six different organic seeds—chia, flax, quinoa, amaranth, ramon and pumpkin—combine with gluten-free oats and dried fruit for a grown-up porridge that’s rich in antioxidants, protein, fiber and omega-3.
