We Have a New Name!

Welcome to Gluten Free & More. After almost 16 years of being Living Without, this issue of the magazine introduces our new name and a spruced-up look. When Living Without was first published in 1998, the information available to those with celiac disease and food allergies was extremely limited. There were so few food manufacturers serving our special-diet community that you could, quite literally, count them on one hand. Our motto, “living well, living without,” reflected our goal—the healthy and happy endgame of the special-diet lifestyle.
