Living Without's Favorites: Bella is Beautiful
Our own special-diet chef Mary Capone, author of The Gluten-Free Italian Cookbook, has a goal to bring joy to those on restricted diets. To that end, she introduces Bella Gluten-Free, a line of baking mixes made without corn or any of the top eight food allergens. These 100 percent natural mixes, which contain no modified starches, preservatives or GMO ingredients, are available in five varieties—All Purpose Baking Mix (a one-for-one flour blend substitution); Pizza Dough (also makes delicious rolls and focaccia); Sandwich Bread; and Cinnamon Raisin Bread.
