Urban Eating - Allergy Free

I don’t like to cook. The only thing I remotely enjoy about cooking are those stylish aprons, one of which I recently purchased for my mom. Four years ago, a new job in a new city gave me even more reason to avoid the kitchen. I wanted to be out meeting people, not isolating myself in front of the stove. My position had me working crazy hours, traveling constantly and in and out of meetings, which most often revolved around a meal. I’m allergic to dairy, soy, egg and have anaphylaxis to gluten so I needed to figure out a safe way to dine out—and fast. Which I did. Today, I eat out every single day, usually every meal. There have been no side trips to the emergency room.
