Laura’s Gluten-Free Flour Blend

Gluten-Free Flour Blend

MAKES 2 ½ CUPS

You can create your own flour blend to suit your taste or try
this one.

1 cup white rice flour (not sweet)
1 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour

Mix ingredients together. For added protein, blend in ¼ cup nut flour. Refrigerate until used.
