7 Tips to Making Perfect Muffins
Most muffin recipes use a 12-cup pan which holds about 1/3 cup batter in each tin. These regular-size muffins usually bake in 20 to 30 minutes in a preheated 350-degree oven. For larger muffins, increase baking time by about five minutes; for smaller, decrease by five minutes. Mini-muffins bake in about 15 minutes.
