Substitution Solutions for Eggs and Dairy

Can’t eat eggs or dairy? There are alternatives for these popular ingredients. Here are tips for baking egg free and dairy free:

For Eggs Use 1 tablespoon milled flaxseed mixed with 3 tablespoons boiling water for each egg replaced. Let mixture sit for 10 minutes before adding to recipe.

For Butter Use Earth Balance butter sticks (www.earthbalance.net) or unrefined coconut oil (www.spectrumorganics.com).
