I went gluten free in September 2012. For the first few months I felt so much better. I had my vitamin levels checked in December and was running a little low, but still in very low normal range. Now it is April and I have so much muscle and joint pain that I am wondering if I should be taking supplements. I have not injured myself to cause the pain. What are your thoughts? Or, because I am gluten free, I might be more sensitive to things and still getting hidden sources of gluten?
