GF Italian Food

Hello -- I am new to the GF world and to this forum. I wanted to share that during a recent trip to Long Island, NY, I discovered some great GF Italian food -- eggplant parm, specifically -- and the chef/owner will ship around the country. There is dairy in his food, so it's not for those with a dairy allergy or sensitivity.
