allergic to wheat,soy,corn,tomatoes, etc

Does anyone have a good substitute for tomatoes ie in chili and other tomato based dishes.
Also a good substitute for cornmeal! I miss cornbread!!
and one more for soy sauce
Thanks for helping. This is a new way of life for me, but all of the above were exacerbating my asthma and giving these things up is a small price to pay for breathing easy!!
