Intolerance to Yeast (Bakers)

I just found out that I have Intolerance's to the following items:

Crab
Gluten
Malt
Milk (cow's)
Rye
Tomatoes
Wheat
Yeast (baker's)
Yogurt

I can handle changing my diet no problem, the issue is what to do about Bread! Is there a substitute for Yeast? What is the difference between Brewer's yeast and Baker's Yeast?

Any suggestions is appreciated.
