I’m Ready to Party! Are You?

I’m super-excited about attending the Gluten-Free Food Allergy Fest in Indianapolis this weekend. That’s because I love having lots of food, friends and fun—all in one place!

The exhibit hall will be buzzing with companies displaying their gluten-free products and giving out free food samples. My first order of business will be to eat my way from one end of the hall to the other. This is one of the best things about our Fests. I’m always amazed by the new products and pleased to meet the folks behind these wonderful companies. My advice to you: Come hungry!

I’m also really looking forward to the lectures. These educational presentations and cooking demos are the highlight of our Fests. They’re packed with up-to-date info from some of the world’s leading experts and special-diet chefs. We’re particularly honored to have Dr. Stefano Guandalini with us. He’s founder and medical director of the University of Chicago’s Celiac Center and at the forefront of the newest findings and research related to celiac and gluten sensitivity. He’s part of our amazing group of speakers. Honestly, you don’t want to miss these presentations. They will change your life. Literally.

By far, my very favorite aspect of the Fest is getting to meet YOU. So please stop by our booth to say hi and introduce yourself. Gluten Free & More magazine exists to serve you and the rest of the gluten-free, food allergy community -- we really want to hear what’s on your mind.
