Wrap and Roll

Here's how to go from loaf to leaf
 

Say "lunch" and most people think "sandwich." The two words are almost synonymous. But there's more to lunch than two slices of bread. Think outside the bread box. Use lettuce to wrap up a quick and yummy mid-day meal. The options are endless and nutritious. Plus, lettuce is a calorie saver over bread. Once you make the leafy leap, you may soon prefer this crispy, tasty alternative.

Veggie and Turkey Wrap

Makes 6 wraps
Get a healthy hit of vegetables with this wrap.

6 lettuce leaves 1 carrot, grated
Salad dressing of choice 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tomato, thinly sliced 6 turkey slices, thinly sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced  
   
1. Drizzle lettuce leaves with salad dressing.
2. Gently toss vegetables in a bowl to combine.
3. Layer veggie mixture on turkey slices.
4. Roll turkey and veggies together and wrap each roll in a lettuce leaf
