For the Love of Chocolate
It's not just for dessert any more

Chocolate is my all-time favorite food, an ingredient I could eat at any meal. My 4-year old son loves chocolate, too, but his allergies to dairy and soy ultimately forced sweet deprivation on my entire chocolate-loving household. It felt a little like torment.

That's why I was overjoyed to find Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips on the shelf at the local health food store. Not only are these chocolate chips free of dairy, soy and gluten, they're made in a dedicated facility (no risk of peanut or tree nut contamination). And they taste great! They even melt like regular chocolate.

The discovery inspired me to create a batch of new recipes around this fantastic ingredient including recipes for breakfast, dinner, dessert and even for barbecue sauce. These dishes deliciously satisfy the deepest chocolate yearnings, all without dairy, soy, eggs, wheat, peanuts or tree nuts. What's more, there's no refined cane sugar in any of them

So if food allergies have you saying good-bye to this favorite sweet ingredient, welcome back to the world of chocolate. Enjoy luscious cocoa creations morning, noon and night.
